Terms of use

Last updated: 21 October 2026.

Free to play. Table Topper is free. No money is taken or paid out through the site. Any prizes between friends are a private matter between league members and nothing to do with Table Topper.
Accounts. One account per person. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
Fair play. Don't try to break, overload or abuse the service, create fake accounts, or get around the lock. We may remove accounts or leagues that do.
Display names and league names must not be offensive, impersonate someone or include personal details of others. We may change or remove them.
Data accuracy. League tables come from a third-party data feed and are checked, but mistakes can happen. The site admin may correct or void a weekly table; those decisions are final. See the rules.
Availability. This is a hobby project provided "as is". We'll try to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not liable for any loss arising from using it, so far as the law allows.
Not affiliated with the Premier League, the EFL or any club. Club names are used only to identify teams.
Changes. We may update these terms; we'll show the date above and tell players about significant changes.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
